Party Policy
- The Aroma maintains a refined atmosphere throughout its spaces. Room occupancy is limited to two adults, with group gatherings over this in rooms, suites and public spaces prohibited. This policy is in place to protect the comfort, security and safety of all hotel guests and staff and for the protection of The Aroma Hotel property.
Children
The Aroma welcomes guests under 18 accompanied by an adult. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests and one child under the age of 12. Interconnecting rooms and baby cots are available on request.
Smoking & Vaping
The Aroma offers a completely smoke-free environment across all rooms, balconies, and public spaces, including vaping and e-cigarettes. This policy supports a fresh and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Cancellation
For standard bookings, cancellations require notice by 2.00 pm, 24 hours before arrival. Suites require 7 days’ notice. Prepaid bookings have specific terms detailed in booking confirmations. Contact reservations for full policy details.
Pets
While The Aroma appreciates four-legged friends, the hotel maintains a no-pet policy to ensure comfort for all guests. Assistance animals are welcome with prior arrangement.
Accessibility
The Aroma Hotel has several room types catering for specific guest requirements. All public spaces including the pool are accessible. Please contact reservations@aromahotel.com for assistance.
Commercial Use, Photography and Videography
Hotel rooms, suites and public spaces including the pool area and the cloisters are to be used solely for the personal enjoyment of The Aroma Hotel guests. These spaces may not be used for commercial or promotional activities, including but not limited to photo and video shoots, pop-up shops, events and trunk shows. Unauthorised imagery or video must not be published on any media and must be immediately removed from the public domain upon request from hotel management. Wedding Photography
Photography on your special day is welcomed inside your booked accommodation and en route to and from your room, provided that you have signed a location agreement and have registered accommodation at The Aroma Hotel. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, prolonged photography in public hotel areas including the cloisters, hotel lobby, elevator lobbies and the hotel entrance is not permitted.
